We've been working on this little gem for quite some time.  Using custom made parts of our own design and brand new seals/diaphragms, we are now offering the highly sought after Super Magna AFV (Auto Fuel Valve).  It uses the stock Honda AFV housing but the internals are completely new and custom made.

As many have found out the hard way, this 35 year old part often fails internally due to the 35 year old diaphragm going bad.  Once that happens, fuel can flow unrestricted to the carbs and in some instances, directly to the engine itself.  In many cases, fuel runs freely and fills up the crankcase and cylinders with gas.  All too often, the owner goes to start the bike and hears a big CLUNK.  That clunk is from the engine being hydo-locked and unable to turn.  The brunt of the stress is taken by the starter clutch and in some cases cracks the starter clutch!  Once that happens, the starter seems to only work intermittently since the starter clutch is cracked.  

Imo, replacing the AFV before any of this happens, is a really good idea and that is why we've been working so hard to develop this piece.  Availability will depend heavily on people sending me their old core AFV's to get their $30 refund.

The new design has been fully tested and is guaranteed to work properly for 3 months from date of purchase.  However, we fully expect it to last as long as the original if not longer.

PLEASE NOTE:

Do not block off the vent for the valve. On California models, it connects to a tube that runs to the charcoal canister, that then vents. Under no circumstances should you seal off this vent.
